    We finally have some pics up from the 1st Thursday Event. It was a great event and we’d like to thank everyone that helped out with it. Thanks to Telegraph and the Isla Vista Food Co-op for the beer and food. Thanks to Mark Grieve and Ilana Spector for the awesome bike art. Also, thanks to CELP for coming out and spreading the good word of sustainable living and of course Santa Barbara Bicycle Coalition’s Bici Centro for helping to make the event as great as it was.     Come dress to impress

    Come dressed to impress

    On December 3rd, WheelHouse will be partnering with Bici Centro to throw a 1st Thursday “Functional Bike Art” party. We will be hosting the Catalina Environmental Leadrship Program (CELP) riders as they journey from San Fran to Mexico, spreading the sustainable word. There will be beer, wine, some awesome bike art for sale, and a raffle with all sorts of cycling prizes, with proceeds going to CELP, SB Bike Month aka Cycle-MAYnia, and Bici Centro. The festivities will kick off at 5 pm in the WheelHouse patio with snacks and drinks, there will be a DJ spinning the hits, an interactive bike art wall, and a lot of friendly faces. All are welcome and encouraged to come and check out what’s possible with pedal power.
