Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our goal at WheelHouse is your cycling satisfaction. All items are returnable within 30 days of purchase (excluding sale and special order items). Unless defective, all items must be accompanied by original packaging and a receipt. Non-bike purchases will incur a restocking fee if paid for by a credit card. A restocking fee will apply to all returned bike purchases. Unless defective, bicycle returns will be subject to managerial approval.
Special order and sale items may only be returned for store credit. All special orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit (in-store only).
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If you are ever unsatisfied with the customer service provided to you, please tell us and we'll do what needs to be done to remedy the situation.
