2 commentsOn April 1st, WheelHouse will be hosting a DO first Thursday Party from 5-8pm. We will be displaying “Outta Sight Bike Lights” pieces for all the see and enjoy. There will be a DJ, catered food from Chino’s, and delicious beer from our local favorite Telegraph. We’ll be raffling off some bike gear and continuing to get the word out about CycleMAYnia. At 8 we’ll be embarking on the monthly Bike Moves ride that with a UBO theme. So come meet some new people, see some familiar faces, and boogie on down

Google Maps launched a new feature today to help all of us on bikes find a route. It’s the “starter set” bike maps feature. Now, in over 150 cities in the US, you can find the fastest way to your destination via bike.

We are happy to announce that WheelHouse was the recipient of a bike friendly business award for Winter 2010 from the League of American Bicyclists! We got the Silver status/award so there is room for improvement, but it’s a good start.
